I was finally able to lower the cash position in my portfolio to 23% and that's by adding a few new positions to my portfolio.

With shipping prices quite low, I have added $ZIM and $MAERSKB.CO .

I have also increased my position in $SWKS taking advantage of lower prices, especially with the $AAPL sell off.
