3 STOCKS I'm BUYING in MARCH 2021

💰 March 2020 was the best month ever to buy stocks. The market $SPX500 briefly entered a bear market and everything was crashing. That's when I made some of my greatest investments, including my famous GameStop $GME bought at $3. This year, the situation is different. Stocks are back in a bubble and I do have a lot of cash on hands from these GameStop profits to spend. What's important, I believe, in a market bubble is to 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙬. This can be seen in all 3 stocks I'm buying in March 2021:

🏠 Genworth Financial $GNW

We are seeing the beginnings of a 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙢 with the record low mortgage rates and many home buyers will require mortgage insurance. Genworth Financial is a private mortgage insurance business.

Genworth has a market cap of $1.5 billion for a book value of $15 billion. It is massively undervalued, a deep value stock. The interest yield from their $80 billion portfolio is itself bigger than the current market cap. There's also the 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 if it gets acquired by China Oceanwide. The deal now seems unlikely but at current price, this is a good investment in my opinion.

🎮 DouYu $DOYU

DouYu is the 𝙏𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙖. DOYU has more users than Twitch and the gaming market in China is growing very rapidly. DOYU is a value stock at current price and looking at the potential growth, it could be one of the rate growth-value stocks. There's also the possibility for arbitrage as the company is going to be acquired by HUYA.

🚚 UNFI $UNFI

United Natural Foods is the largest food distributor in the US and they have a moat in organic and natural foods with their largest customer being Whole Foods (owned by Amazon $AMZN ). For $27 billion in revenues, the company has a market cap of only $1.5 billion. Another 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙠. They have some big debt but I believe they will be able to pay it with their current cash flow and divestitures. This is a potential tenbagger.
