Last year Bayer acquired Monsanto for $63 Billions and since then things don't look so great for Bayer
The stock price of Bayer is 60% down from all time highs of 2014. There are multiple lawsuits that it has to fight in regards to Roundup, a pesticides made by Monsanto, which is supposedly carcinogenic.
Bayer has also taken a lot of debts to acquire Monsanto.
